These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the ph36 online gaming platform. Please read them carefully before registering or using any ph36 service. By creating an account or accessing the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use ph36, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. Age verification may be required at any time.
Each player is permitted to hold only one ph36 account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
ph36 operates under Philippine law and PAGCOR's regulatory framework. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Use of ph36 from restricted jurisdictions is prohibited.
ph36 supports GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers only. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling transactions are not accepted, in line with current PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine payment regulations.

ph36 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
1.1 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the ph36 platform, including visitors, registered players, and any person who accesses any part of ph36.org or any associated mobile-optimized interface.
1.2 By clicking "Register," "Sign Up," or "I Agree," or by otherwise accessing or using the ph36 platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to comply with them.
1.3 ph36 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ph36 will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification. Your continued use of the ph36 platform after any such notification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
1.4 These Terms should be read in conjunction with the ph36 Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for and use the ph36 platform. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation) regulations governing online casino-style gaming in the Philippines. ph36 strictly enforces this requirement and will not knowingly permit any person under the age of 21 to register or play.
2.2 Age Verification. ph36 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time, including at the point of registration, at the time of a player's first withdrawal, or at any other time deemed appropriate. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (e.g., PhilSys National ID, passport, driver's license, UMID, SSS ID, or voter's ID). Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.
2.3 Geographic Eligibility. The ph36 platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Players accessing ph36 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited or restricted do so at their own risk and in violation of these Terms. ph36 reserves the right to block access from restricted jurisdictions at any time.
2.4 Legal Capacity. By registering, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Philippine law, that you are not acting on behalf of another person, and that you are not a politically exposed person (PEP) subject to enhanced due diligence requirements.
2.5 Excluded Persons. Employees, contractors, directors, and officers of ph36, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any ph36 promotion.
3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on the ph36 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. ph36 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph36 is not liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by the player.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph36 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs (OTPs) issued to your registered mobile number. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph36 will never ask you for your password via email, SMS, or live chat.
3.4 Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph36 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. ph36 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification, provided that ph36 has not been negligent in its security obligations.
3.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). ph36 is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You agree to cooperate fully with any KYC request, including providing government-issued identification, proof of address, and source-of-funds documentation where required.
4.1 You agree to use the ph36 platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
4.2 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph36 platform:
4.3 ph36 reserves the right to investigate any suspected breach of this section and to take appropriate action, including account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. ph36 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods only: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank, and debit cards issued by Philippine banks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
5.2 Prohibited Payment Methods. The following payment methods are strictly not accepted on ph36: cryptocurrency of any kind (including but not limited to Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, and any other digital asset), and credit card transactions for gambling deposits. These restrictions are in place in compliance with current PAGCOR guidelines and Philippine financial regulations.
5.3 Minimum Deposits and Withdrawals. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within the ph36 platform at the time of transaction. These amounts may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Verification. ph36 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the ph36 account. ph36 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.
5.5 Player Funds. Player funds held in ph36 accounts are kept separate from ph36 operational funds. ph36 does not use player funds for operational expenses.
5.6 Dormant Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ph36 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormant account policy, details of which are available from ph36 support.
6.1 ph36 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time the bonus is offered.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses awarded by ph36 are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
6.3 Bonus Eligibility. ph36 reserves the right to determine player eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Bonuses are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
6.4 Abuse of Promotions. Any player found to be abusing ph36 promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional offers — will have their bonus and associated winnings voided and their account may be suspended.
6.5 ph36 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to a player's account prior to the change.
7.1 Game Availability. ph36 offers a range of gaming products including live casino games, slot games, sports betting, online bingo, crash games, and video poker. The availability of specific games may vary and ph36 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove games from the platform at any time.
7.2 Game Integrity. All games on the ph36 platform use certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live casino games, are conducted by trained dealers in audited studio environments. Game outcomes are determined independently of ph36's commercial interests.
7.3 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and betting markets on ph36. These limits are displayed within the game interface and may be updated from time to time. ph36 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any player account at its discretion.
7.4 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, ph36 will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the game state from server logs. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets placed during the affected session may be voided and stakes returned to the player's account. ph36's decision in such matters is final.
7.5 Sports Betting. All sports bets are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport and market as published on the ph36 platform. ph36 reserves the right to void bets placed on events that are subsequently cancelled, postponed beyond a specified period, or affected by circumstances outside ph36's control.
7.6 Void Bets. ph36 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a pricing error, system error, or any other technical fault. In such cases, the stake will be returned to the player's account.
8.1 ph36 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the potential for gambling-related harm among its players. ph36 provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every player account.
8.2 Available Tools. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ph36 players:
8.3 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to self-exclude may do so by contacting ph36 customer support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours. During a self-exclusion period, ph36 will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from accessing the platform and will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.

9.1 All content on the ph36 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of ph36 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.
9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ph36 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any ph36 content.
9.3 The ph36 name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of ph36. You may not use any ph36 trademark without prior written consent from ph36.
10.1 ph36 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ph36 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
10.2 ph36 processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
10.3 ph36 may share player data with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law. ph36 will not sell player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph36 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the ph36 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
11.2 ph36's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their ph36 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 ph36 does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph36 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access.
11.4 ph36 is not responsible for any loss arising from a player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials, or from the player's use of the platform in violation of these Terms.
12.1 ph36 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if ph36 reasonably believes that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other players.
12.2 Upon termination of an account for cause, ph36 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where a balance is determined to be legitimately earned and not subject to forfeiture under these Terms, it will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ph36 customer support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements.
13.1 If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of the ph36 platform, you should contact ph36 customer support in the first instance. ph36 will make reasonable efforts to resolve complaints within five (5) business days of receipt.
13.2 If a complaint cannot be resolved through ph36's internal process, the matter may be escalated to PAGCOR as the relevant regulatory authority for online gaming in the Philippines.
13.3 ph36's decision on all gaming disputes — including disputes regarding game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account actions — shall be final and binding, subject to any applicable regulatory review process.
14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
14.2 Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through ph36's internal dispute resolution process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
14.3 If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under Philippine law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
